License manager may provide clues. Have you ruled out a damaged USB controller? lafilmaker Posted June 6 Author Report Share Posted June 6 Thanks for your help. Codementer was the issue. When I unistalled 7.2.2 I also unistalled codemeter so I could install the codemeter included with 6.7.x.
