Moderator jfk Posted October 26, 2020 Moderator Report Share Posted October 26, 2020 I think those errors are the side effect of watchmaker’s failed access to the watchpax. Are there other errors preceding that error? Is there external control connection to the watchpax? Is it possible you have two iterations of watchmaker running?

Dataton Partner RBeddig Posted November 1, 2021 Dataton Partner Report Share Posted November 1, 2021 Are you using the audio outputs of the servers and if yes, how many? Can you disable those for a test? rthdasio.dll seems to be the Realtek asio driver.
Moderator jfk Posted November 1, 2021 Moderator Report Share Posted November 1, 2021 The error has nothing to do with WATCHPAX 60, the error is a production computer error. As Rainer points out, the error appears to be an issue with the production computer sound co-processor. Do you even need audio playback from the production computer? Possibly turning it off in production is a simple solution.
Wakanda
cant turn off sound as we have sound from the video. Any other option?
Moderator jfk Posted November 2, 2021 Moderator Report Share Posted November 2, 2021 Sound from a video file is not recommended and is a known possible cause of a crash. The sound should be exported as a .wav file and the video re-encoded without sound. You can still play sound from the WATCHPAX 60 and turn off sound playback on your production computer.

Watchpax doesnt play the sound for some reason. anyway manage to solve the problem with an external soundcard
