Jonas Dannert
I think this is because your VNC-installation, interferes with the VNC client WATCHOUT already installed. Please see P20- onwards in the WO 5.2 manual. For Add Computer screen to work, you need to install a VNC Server on the source computer, do NOT install any VNC client or server software on a WATCHOUT Production/Display computer. If done so already, uninstall first. /jonas
Adela Kriland
HI, it can be also because the resolution in your screen is not the resolution in your capture. Or if you have a firewall in the network. If all is as Jonas say. Regards Adela
jfk
... If done so already, uninstall first. /jonas Uninstalling a second VNC installation may not be enough. You may need to repair or re-install WATCHOUT, as the uninstall of the second VNC copy does not restore the registry settings for the WATCHOUT installed copy. ymmv

Adela Kriland
Hi Hope this helps. Can you check that your source computer is in the IP range, that has no firewall for VNC at least. and that the resolution you have in the computer is the one that you are setting in the WO screen capture. Is needed a password always, it can not be with out password. Regards Adela
