Slight stutter while WO plays an NDI input

I have a 3 output (2-3240×1080, 1-4592x1080) show using an I9-1300k, 32GB of RAM, Nvidia RTX 4000 ADA card, Win 10 Ent LTSC tweaked as the server. Both WO v7.4.1 program and content files are on seperate Samsung 990 Pro 2tb SSD. My producer is a laptop with the specs below but not the same laptop that is running Resolume.

Through the laptop specd below I am running a Resolume output at 3840x2160. Videos will be mixed on screen during a DJ performance.

My NDI is coming from a Lenovo laptop with Window 11 Home, an I9 1300HX processor and an Nvidia RTX 4070.  I am using Magewell Pro Convert Plus to convert HDMI to NDI at 3840x2160 and a tp-link TL-SG108-M2 8 port 2.5gb switch and into a 10gb rj45 port on the server.

I am seeing performance issues with the output slightly stuttering.  Does anyone think I might be able to improve the performance of the signal by changing any of the components like the switch or converter or maybe sync (currently all set to WO) settings?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have

  • 5% CPU use
  • 58% memory use
  • 49 degrees temp
  • sending 10 Mbps
  • receiving 25 kbps
  • encoding 130 Mbps
  • encoding bit ratio is at 100%

In Studio Monitor, I see the same stutter.

Would this point to the network switch?

Checking the integrity of the signal is a priority.

This time, the source was the problem.

When I use NDI, if the PC is the source, I use the studio monitor tool on the same PC to check the NDI signal.

After that, another server over the network will check again using the studio monitor tool.

And at the end, check the NDI through WO

Through these steps, you can quickly check at which stage the problem is.

That sounds like a good procedure.  I appreciate your feedback.
