WATCHOUT 6.3.1. runtime error, disk/storage full

Recommended Posts

Hi there, i'm having a serious problem regarding playing videos online on my network .

The problem i'm getting on the message window is :

"FROM DISPLAY  "DISPLAY 1" OF STAGE TIER "BASE" OF "StageList OF Stage

Runtime error : 9, Disk storage is full: [data path]"

I'm getting also runtime error -2000 and -43.

This happens with all videos, my hdd has 200 gb++ of storage free and i tried it on multiple disks, tried making new project, restarting everything multiple times etc...

It all started after importing a movie [2gb] of file on my project.

Do you have an idea of what could it be?

Thank you

Matteo

Hi, I would try deinstalling Quicktime, not needed for mp4. And probably not run Watchout from within the user „Administrator“ and not put material into that user’s folders.

Just my 2€

Could be a broken file. What happens if you leave the 2GB file out?

And just out of curiosity, what is the format of the drive on which the show folder resides (on the display computer)?

Shot in the dark, but I have seen this happen when user installed VNC is added to the WATCHOUT computer. Uninstalling did not help. The only way to get rid of the issue was to completely restore the original pristine tuned state.
