assafyosef
just to update - I checked the same file with win 7 and it doesn't give me an error in production. also if I open the file with channelshifter and change the audio channels it doesn't give me an error hope the 5.5.2 will solve this problem. assaf
Alexey
The same thing with a mp3 file on win 8. The message is: Operating system error: No such interface supported. Direct show media error. However it works fine on win 7.
Jonas Dannert
Alexey, 1. "No such interface supported", indicates that no default audio device is selected and/or has a driver installed. 2. "However it works fine on win 7", on the same hardware as above? 3. Please use Windows 8.1 Update 1, not Windows 8. 4. WATCHOUT 5.5.2 was released today, can be found on our website. /jonas
