  1. Since updating to 6.6.4 I get this message when starting up the WATCHOUT display application. I need to click it 20 times to get rid of it and then it works. But ofcourse I want to solve this issue. Thanks for any help.
  2. Hi, It has probably been asked before, but I can't find a satisfying respons to my question: I have a self-build playout machine, running WIndows 10 Pro, 10.0.18362 Build 18362. i7-7700 CPU @3.60Ghz 4 Cores. AMD FirePro W9100 S400 sync card WO v6.5 I've been using a single playout machine for,my projects (since the W9100 card has 6 outputs), but I will probably need more than one machine for larger projects. For now we are using a machine for a tv show, only for scaling and positioning 2 signals (decklink SDI 4K and Datapath VisionLC -HD2) we
  3. 300 meters of SDI cable? That is three times longer than the average maximum of 100 meters that SDI supports, depending on the resolution of the SDI signal. I'm surprised it even works over that distance. Have you tried a 100 meter cable? I have had the distorted audio signal too with BM micro convertor too btw.
  4. I had trouble getting my Blackmagic Decklink SDI 4k card working. It worked fine in Blackmagic Express, but nothing showed up in WO. I finally got it working by changing 'Digital Video Standard' to 'Custom Video' when double clicking on the input in the media window. Good luck
  5. Hi, I have been using Datapath VisionLC-HD2 (2 x HDMI input) for over a year now, and it has been working fine. We use our WO server for a tv show where we get 2 SDI inputs which we convert tot HDMI. Since last week the signal output is shaky. I found out that when I pull out one of the two inputs (doesn't matter which one) the other one is becomes stable. If I look directly to the inputs using the Datapath software these inputs are ok, so I guess it is WO that can't cope with the 2 HDMI signals at the same time (all of a sudden). That is ofcourse strange because it worked untill l
  6. Hello, I would like to have a border around my live input layer (like PIP). Is there any build-in way to do this or do I need to create something in Photoshop? Thanks
  7. I had the same problem, but what I did was connecting the first screen before starting up the server, and then connect the other screens with a little pauze between every connection. That way the numbers in WO match with the ones in windows or graphics API. As long as you don't disconnect them these numbers stay the same, even when rebooting.
  8. Ok, don't know what I did or what went wrong the first time but everything ok now,
  9. Unfortunately Adobe has dropped Quicktime support, including HAP en DXV. Anyone has an alternative to render videos to HAP?
  10. I recently bought and installed this capture card (https://www.datapath.co.uk/datapath-products/video-capture-cards/visionlc-range/visionlc-hd2) in one of our WO servers. I already had a Decklink SDI 4K, of which I was quite satisfied. But then I needed a HDMI capture card and listened to some people here and also the Dataton guy who did the Dataton Academy in the Netherlands was advising this type of card (as opposed to Decklink). The card works, but the latency is almost ridiculous. I must say I haven't tested the latency outside of WO but it was somewhere around 40 frames using 1920 x 1080
  11. I have the W9100 and have 6 x 4K@30hz. Windows 10 and WO 6.2.1
  12. I ordered the Datapath VisionLC-HD2: https://www.datapath.co.uk/datapath-products/video-capture-cards/visionlc-range/visionlc-hd2 Will give an update when installed. I have Decklinks now, but Datapath capture cards supposedly accept resolutions/frequenties without having to set it up in the computer itself through a software like with the decklink cards.

    HAP codec

Ok thanks. Yes indeed it works on the production pc 6.2 but not on the one with 6.2.1. Ok looking forward to the new release!
