Hi there, System W7, WO531, Moxa RS 232 board in Display PC. Using an Auxilary Timeline and when executing a RS232 command on time 0:00.00 the command will never be transmitted, running this timeline. It's neccessary to have the cue placed > 0.00 to be able to run over it. Than the cue is properly executed and commands are sent out. Hugo

WO can lock to your ProTools. Both a Production Pc or a Display Pc (Read the manual) Or ProTools can lock to WO, use a LTC audio track on your Main TimeLine. Or use a showcontrol system controlling both, using ethernet (TCP/IP). Good luck !

Yes you can. Create your mask as an image (Photoshop) and create the area to be masked in black and the area around as transparent surface. Little trick: use a photo camera and make a picture from the exact location as you projectorlens is and make your screen white. The picture will have -in the correct perspective- the outline of the mask you need. Watchout is very powerful when it comes ro scaling and warping, so you can adjust your projection also afterwards. Hi Roberto, This might work, but I would recommend using a Medialon ShowMaster in between, so you can really control your show and be able to control only specific parts of the show on specific moments. Otherwise a presenter using the Perfect Cue has control over your WO system on any moment, which can led to unwanted situations. Hugo

Hi there, Had the same problem with ans Asus mainboard P7H55-USB3. Now using P8P67 LE. Datapath works fine. Some WO-system builders have good experience using the mainboard Asus P8P67 WS Revolution. There can be a problem that the PCIe bus is switched to a lower speed. And that's the reason why the Datapath card will not be detected by the Vision software/driver. Contact support@datapath.co.uk They can send you diagnostic software to run, so they can examine your systems remotely by the tables you send them using this diagnostic programs. Good luck, Hugo
